I am So ANGRY that I didn't think of it years ago.

Fuck it. I spent hundreds of hours designing and perfecting a Vehicle Tracking system that could disable the vehicle on command. Dammit, I wrote the tracking mapping software, Base Station Software, Security access, client database, supervised development of the data repeater software, designed, refined and built all the radio modems, all integrated with GPS.

It got the nod (Formal, written and stamped approval) from the Malaysian Government, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications after we got type approval for the Radio Transceivers from Australia, the concept and operational licence. Got Radio Frequency allocation too. The demonstration was a resounding success in front of the Deputy Cabinet Minister.

I would now be a millionaire lounging in the Carribean but for the Asian Financial Crash of 1997. That just dried up production capital - to my fury.

Then I went ahead and built frequency hopping Laser fence systems. Had dozens of actually signed up contracts with clients but see point a. above.

Jails, Banks, housing estates.  After I blew their expensive infra-red beam systems out of the water they were astonished at how easy it was to sneak past them with a $10 Jamieson-made toy. Even dreamed up an anti-dig system for jails, linked to the Laser Fence.

Showed that too. Hyper-impressed. Signed Up.

No Asian Capital = no production.

Seems I am doomed to dreaming up mad Scientist devices that actually worked, prototypes worked fine. But never got really - anywhere, despite enormous potential.

At least I was paid a great salary to produce these gleaming devices, well fed, housed in a delightful condominium in Ampang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia with a pool, Guards and a tennis court for my time off. Client paid for everything. I mean EVERYTHING. Air Fares, Taxis, the works. Arcadian times.

Now, let's see if Rampart can produce a reversal of fortune.Rampart clones have already been patented by the likes of DREAD and METAL STORM.

However the inclusion of multiple additional data input streams, security countermeasures, the addition of a target assesment computer system with operator selected and/or automated options means that the concept of Rampart is head and shoulders above the 2 I mentioned, therefore worthy of a new patent.

Encrypted IFF transponders in aircraft to avoid friendly fire. Encryption algorithms changed every 12 hours. 

SIGINT  (Signals Intelligence) will have a hard time keeping up with that. Especially when I write software to change the algorithims at random times at my whim, recognised by Rampart. Or perhaps multiple encrypted algorithms sent by UHF transponders.

Laser jamming ? What kind of laser ? What algorithm ? What code ?

Rampart will use a new and as yet un-disclosed pellet feed system.

Multiple destruction-redundant target data feed systems is just one of the new elements.

I am sick of teaching English to Beginners. However I do have a passion for teaching, but I feel my potential is grossly under-utilised.

It was never my desire to develop military weapons. Of course I have fired military weapons in the callow innocence of youth at 17 and again on a refresher course at 22.

I believe that Rampart has the capacity to instill so much fear into enemies of democracy that cease-fires would be almost automatic. A counter-attack on Rampart would be futile, suicidal. Imagine killing 500 enemy soldiers in 17 seconds.

The Koran says that if you kill one person without justification then you have killed humanity, and if you save one person, you have saved humanity.

If Rampart saves even one innocent civilian, then I can sleep peacefully.

Rampart is a concept weapon. It can become a reality. Dreams and designs can be fleshed out into reality. I have proven that twice.
